**Pharma & Medical**
**Delegate** to join our field force team of Infant Nutrition business. You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of the company´s targets by optimal execution of sales and marketing activities, within a specified territory, for both Pharma and Medical channels targets.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PHARMA & MEDICAL DELEGATE**
- Establish Nestlé’s nutrition expertise by being a reliable source of infant nutrition products information, their benefits and superior quality;
- Fully contribute to deliver the Pharma & Medical channel targets on defined territory for Nutrition business;
- Increase distribution, make customer orders & fulfill returns of our products, in Pharmacies and Wholesalers;
- Ensure sales in accordance with the commercial and promotional conditions set for the cycle;
- Develop and implement action plans to ensure MS gain through good visibility of Nestlé products, their appropriate displaying and the placement of POS materials;
- Establish Nutrition expertise with our clients by communicating benefits and superior quality of our Products. Ensure that new and current nutrition findings and concepts are communicated to our clients in training sessions;
- Maintain up-to-date customers database & ensure the customer visits according to the route plans;
- Share with Medical Delegates working on the same region, all the information about Nestlé's Products & Competitors prescription;
- Display excellent products knowledge by updating key contacts on recent Nutrition developments through the dissemination of brand literatures and scientific materials;
- Assess the total area potential (current and future) of the territory in order to identify growth opportunities and develop and implement territory business plans;
- Achieve target call rate accordingly with the stablished Cycle Plan;
- Organize/conduct scientific activities, such as lectures, workshops, round table discussions, product presentations to communicate new nutrition findings and concepts to contacts;
- Conduct regular market research on competitor activities, field strength, and territory coverage
- Ensure strict compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes, Nestle Instructions and local country code;

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL**
- Degree or master’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition or another related field
- At least 3 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical products / detailing nutrition (preferential)
- Experience in a highly regulated health care environment and a complete understanding of the WHO Code would be relevant
- Ideally managed independently territory under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals
- Experience in Pharmacy environment would be highly appreciated as with the HCP's in the assigned territory
