**Please find below an outline of the positions responsibilities**:
**Administrate & Oversee office operations**
- Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
- Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete to the best of your knowledge or refer to our corporate accountant when unsure.
- Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
- Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
- Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
- Produce and update new portal listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately
- Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders to improve customer satisfaction ratings
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
- Organize electronic filing systems to promote a paper-free office and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts, such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information
- Perform research such as buying/leasing office equipment vendors
- Purchase office supplies as needed and maintain office equipment
- Complete basic bookkeeping tasks, track office expenses, and ensure the monthly budget is adhered to
- Provide assistance to realtors when needed

**Assist Company Partners**
- Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele
- Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements
- Schedule appointments, events, and source outreach opportunities
- Input information received about clients through streamlined database management
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
- Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute assistant duties where necessary

Pay: From 800.00€ per month
