**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Analysis**: demonstrated ability to effectively analyze the marketplace, gather inputs from clients and assess competitors to determine the right new products or future direction of existing products.
- **Be the expert on the product and customer**: build and grow an in-depth understanding of the needs and usage profiles of different target users for product and prioritize solutions to those needs.
- **Development of roadmap**: Develop and implement roadmap priorities, balancing between the needs of overall product and specific demands of our key userbases.
- **Product positioning**: demonstrated ability to work with engineering team to scope product delivery and understand development alternatives.
- **Project Management**: Monitor progress of the product through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities, and keeping senior management informed.
- **Flexible communication style**: Support our sales and demo team by communicating value add and strategic approaches to selling the product.

**About You**
- Experience within either the Payroll or Payment space.
- Possess a strategic mindset with a focus on product vision, company objectives, and the competitive marketplace.
- Experience in building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.
- Comfortable working in both a strategic and tactical way, with a proven ability to work cross
- functionally with engineering, marketing, client success and sales.
- Analytical experience in defining and driving KPIs, product success metrics.
- Ideally experience with Power BI and Azure Devops.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with and guide designers and developers.
