Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced scrum master to oversee and guide agile teams.
To be successful as a scrum master, you should have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams.

**What you will do**:
- Training, mentoring, and supporting the organization to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for an open dialogue and productive solutions;
- Proactive in identifying and mitigating issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the backlog, roadmaps, and reporting;
- Coaching the team members and ensuring that events and meetings take place, are productive, and are kept within the timebox;
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams with continuous improvement.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the team.
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed;
**What you will bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
- Certified scrum master (CSM, PSM).
- 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or Atlassian Jira tools
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of agile and continuous improvement.
