Car Return Agent

**Location**: Perafita, Porto

**Schedule**: Monday to Sunday (day and night) divided in 4 work shifts with 12 hours (2 hours break time) and 2 days off.

Tasks
- Ensuring an impeccable customer service
- Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers
- Carefully completing the return contract
- Checking the state of the vehicle in order to identify potential damages
- Registering the damages and incurring the amounts from the customers
- Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services

**Requirements**:

- Mandatory driving license (B category)
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Hardworking, ambitious, and integrity-driven personality
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
- Computer skills
- Strong teamwork skills
