**HR REWARDS CONSULTANT**

**We will count on you to**:

- Collaborate in projects including mainly within Rewards, including Compensation Analysis, Salary Bands definition, Incentives Design, Compensation Policies, etc.;
- Assist in the development and production of Mercer’s Total Compensation Surveys;
- Develop analysis (sometimes complex) based on client and market data and prepare client presentations/ reports by using excel data and powerpoint;
- Interact with clients and contribute to the development of strong business relations;
- Identify leads and act as a contributor for business development.

**What you need to have**:

- Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, HR or similar;
- Experience working with compensation/ total rewards;
- More than 3 years of experience;
- English and portuguese language proficiency;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and particularly Excel;
- Analytical/ Numbers-oriented thinking;
- Organized and rigorous;
- Team player and capable of multi-tasking.
