We are looking for a Tech Lead to join the team of our client - a reference company in the Banking sector.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Create processes to ensure high standards of product quality and ensure the quality of the code developed by the team;
- Measure team performance, provide feedback, coaching in areas that require improvement, establishing clear objectives for the team members;
- Design, develop and implement technological solutions following the company's strategy;
- Create technology roadmaps for development and implementation, reviewing project requirements and suggest recommendations for improvement.
What is required from you?
- Degree in Management, Computer Science or other similar areas;
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in software development;
- Knowledge and experience in Cloud Infrastructure will be a plus;
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships, having a strategic and analytical mindset;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
