We're currently on the lookout for a Reservations Agent to join our team. Your contribution will be key to improve the sales and customer service areas.

Tasks
- Assist customers in making reservations for hotel accommodations.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and policies to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints regarding reservations.
- Process booking requests and update reservation systems accurately.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.

**Requirements**:

- Portuguese language required.
- Currently living near Albufeira.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers with their reservation inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple reservations and maintain accurate records.
- Attention to detail to ensure all reservation information is entered correctly and accurately.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in the hotel/travel/tourism industry.
