Na WINNING CONSULTING procuramos um **Power BI Expert** para se juntar à nossa equipa de consultoria num projeto no sector dos Serviços, em Lisboa.

**TAREFAS/FUNÇÕES**
- Recolha e análise de requisitos: colaborar com stakeholders de IT e da área Comercial para entender necessidades dos utilizadores/pontos fracos/melhorias no produto e traduzir os requisitos em especificações funcionais e em user stories;
- Configuração e personalização do Power BI: configurar módulos, dashboards, relatórios e conjuntos de dados do Power BI com base nos requisitos documentados;
- Desenvolvimento e revisão de relatórios: criar e desenvolver relatórios em Power BI com base nos requisitos recolhidos, configurar o modelo semântico do Power BI para partilha de dados, rever e validar os relatórios criados pela equipa para garantir que cumprem as normas;
- Melhoria de processos: identificar oportunidades de automatização e otimização de processos utilizando o Power BI;
- Colaboração e comunicação: trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipas técnicas
e outras partes interessadas, bem como, comunicar eficazmente o estado do produto à equipa de liderança;
- Testes e garantia de qualidade: validar se as soluções cumprem os requisitos comerciais e aderem às melhores práticas e apoiar os testes de aceitação do utilizador;
- Documentação e formação: criar documentação abrangente, incluindo fluxos de processos, guias do utilizador e especificações técnicas, organizar formação para utilizadores finais e equipas de apoio sobre a funcionalidade e as melhores práticas do Power BI.

**Requisitos**:

- Formação académica superior em Ciências da Computação, Engenharia Informática ou numa área relacionada;
- ** Experiência comprovada como Power BI Developer** ou numa função semelhante, com uma sólida carteira de projetos em Power BI concluídos;
- Competências técnicas**:Power BI, Power BI Report Builder, DAX, Modelação de dados, Power Apps, Power Automate, Snowflake, SQL, conhecimentos de bases de dados, Figma, UI/UX, Agile/Scrum**;
- Forte compreensão dos princípios de design e capacidade de traduzir os requisitos de design
em especificações técnicas;
- Experiência na integração do Power BI com outras fontes de dados (por exemplo, bases de dados, APIs, serviços na cloud);
- Conhecimentos de integração e incorporação de aplicações Web;
- Sólidas competências de gestão de projetos e mentalidade analítica, com capacidade para pensar estrategicamente e propor soluções inovadoras;
- Idiomas**:nível de Inglês avançado** e confortável para comunicação diária.
