CREATIVE OPERATIONS

We're a creative family, building copy, data, and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH E-commerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold-standard imagery, content, and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

PORTO

Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cozy environment. From Account Management to Technology and Product, whatever your skills are, you'll find your fit here. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Junior Retoucher to edit/retouch several images according to predefined guidelines while assuring their best quality. You should be someone that likes fashion and can cross that with your skills in image retouching. Think about how you would like to see images of products online and how to amaze people to bring them to our images. You will report to a Post-Production Lead and be accompanied by a Post-Production Trainer. To reach your best potential, we will give you the training for your position and support your integration with the work and the teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Retouch high volumes of images daily while meeting set goals
- Maintain digital asset file/structure organization
- Ensure color consistency across image assets
- Collaborate with the Photography and Quality teams
- Upload assets to the platform
- Report and implement new strategies for constant improvement of production teams

WHO YOU ARE
- Proficiency in Windows and Photoshop
- Compositing and model/product/clothing retouching skills
- Knowledge of digital workflow - experience in retouching e-commerce/ product images (are a plus)
- Can do color correction
- Ability to work efficiently with daily high volumes of work
- Flexibility to change workflow/ workstation
- Have good aesthetic concepts
- Time management skills
