Important information:
- 9 months internship (starts on September 2024, ends on June 2025)
- Full time position (40 hours per week)
- 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + transportation allowance
**Responsibilities - your mission
**As an intern in Procurement at Airbus your tasks may be related with:
- Supporting the Procurement department of Airbus (support buyers in the Call for Tender processes);
- Understanding the Procure to Pay (P2P) process from Sourcing until Purchase Order placement, assisting the supply offices in their tasks;
- Assisting in Non-disclosure agreement negotiation, assisting in offer evaluation from suppliers, shadow supplier’s negotiation, assisting in contract management and negotiation;
- Invoices troubleshooting;
- Supporting the documentation of the processes;
- Supporting the Supply Chain deployment of Procurement digital solutions to suppliers;
- Supporting on activities related to Export Control within Procurement
- Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;
- Relevant degree for the area
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Integrity;
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management
- Language: English - Advanced level
- Another European language is a plus
