**Detalhes da Função**:

- Organizar a aquisição de produtos, matérias-primas, componentes;
- Monitorizar a gestão de stocks;
- Avaliação e seleção de fornecedores;
- Controlo orçamental das despesas e projeção das mesmas.

**Perfil e Requisitos**:

- Experiência profissional de 3 anos em funções anteriores (preferencial);
- Experiência anterior no ramo de F&B e em contexto de abertura de restaurantes (preferencial)
- Conhecimento de línguas estrangeiras (Inglês - requisito, outras línguas - preferencial);
- Domínio das ferramentas de Microsoft Office;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e organização;
- Proatividade e pensamento crítico.

**Function Details**:

- Organize the acquisition of products, raw materials, components;
- Monitor stock management;
- Assessment and selection of suppliers;
- Budgetary control of expenses and projection thereof.

**Profile and Requirements**:

- 3 years of professional experience in previous roles (preferred);
- Previous experience in the F&B sector and in the context of opening restaurants (preferred)
- Knowledge of foreign languages (English - requirement, other languages - preferred);
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools;
- Good communication and organization skills;
- Proactivity and critical thinking.
