**Our Europe Seating Division is looking a Warehouse Manager/Digital Leader to be based at its São João da Madeira Moldados Plant**

The role of a Warehouse Manager is to guarantee the inventory accuracy and standard processes compliance. He/she ensures that production line is delivered on time, Customer shipment is done on time, within expected costs performance.

The main missions of the role are:

- Control the processes: (material reception, delivery to lines, bookings, TPA preparation alert management, cycle counting in all warehouse locations under plant supervision) with strong relationship with material planners and master scheduler.
- Ensure the 7 inventory basics and 7 deliveries basis compliance.
- Ensure full inventory accuracy and pilot the adequate analysis in case deviance.
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction: supervise day to day warehousing activities; anticipate resources needs for warehouse teams with customer requirements (PIC/PDP), manage impact of launch of new programs within the warehouse organisation.
- Manage effectively the logistics’ equipment costs in order to respect budget targets.
- Improve logistics performance: surface optimization, internal flows, labour efficiency, productivities, handling utilisation, HSE requirements, alert management and coordination with others support teams involved.
- Ensure safety of employees and fully compliance of HSE rules according Group standards and country legislation, promoting the best HSE practices.
- Lead the warehouse logistics teams and Supervisors, ensure appropriate OHP staffing, define objectives and evaluate performance; detect and propose training needs and individual development plans, coach and develop the direct team, share information and efficient communication processes, manage HR indicators of the team, and promote the team empowerment and a positive social climate.

- Ensure and promote within the Plant Management team the best practices in terms of HSE rules and policies.
- Promote and ensure best practices in terms of Health, Safety and Environment respecting the Plant and Group policy.
- Respect and ensure in his/her daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia code of ethics (Respect for fundamental Human Rights, Development of economic and social dialogue, Development of skills, Ethics and rules of business conduct, if necessary reporting infringements to the Code of Ethics).

Can be assigned to the owner of the position other tasks that are similar or functionally connected and for which he/she has the adequate qualifications and competencies for achieving the goals of the plant organization.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum education level**: University Degree, ideally in Industrial management or engineering

**Experience**: Ideally minimum 3 years of experience within an industrial environment.
