- Rapidly integrate into the project environment, collaborating seamlessly with diverse teams to understand project objectives and deliverables;
- Establish and maintain comprehensive task lists, project schedules, and timelines to ensure project milestones are met;
- Develop efficient work rhythms that facilitate clear communication, status updates, and collaborative problem-solving among project teams;
- Monitor project progress in real-time, identifying bottlenecks and deviations from the plan, and promptly taking corrective actions;
- Collaborate with squad leads to assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure risk readiness;
- Act as a communication hub, ensuring that relevant project information reaches stakeholders in a timely and concise manner;
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, meeting minutes, and performance metrics;
- Regularly update project dashboards and reports;
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, offering insights on project status, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
- Bachelor's or masters’ degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management relevant certifications are a plus;
- 2+ years in project management or a PMO role;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely;
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for task tracking, scheduling, and reporting;
- Experience working with Teamwork is a plus;
- Fluent in Portuguese is mandatory.
- To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, think creatively and have a problem solver mindset. You will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, and possess strong attention to detail.
