A empresa onde vai trabalhar
Empresa industrial de dispositivos médicos encontra-se a recrutar para os seus escritórios em Carnaxide um Accountant & Cash Collection (M/F/d), de modo a reforçar o seu departamento financeiro.

A sua nova função
A reportar ao Diretor Financeiro, terá como principais responsabilidades: Controlo de contas correntes de clientes e respetivos recebimentos; Coordenação com o departamento comercial na gestão das contas correntes; Pré-classificação de faturas de fornecedores e controlo do respetivo recebimento; Registo contabilístico de acréscimos de custos, custos diferidos e controlo de mercadorias em trânsito; Processamento de imobilizado e ativos e registo de entradas; Acompanhamento de contagens de stock; Registo no INE do Intrastat; Gestão de fichas de clientes; Gestão de processos de cobrança com o departamento de Legal; Processamento de stock a consignação; Outras tarefas inerentes à função.

O que necessita para ser bem sucedido
Procuramos um profissional com experiência ou formação superior em Contabilidade, Finanças, Gestão ou área similar; experiência em gestão de contas correntes de clientes/cobranças; domínio do Excel; conhecimentos como utilizador do Programa Sage/Primavera (preferencial); assertividade na comunicação (no contacto com clientes); domínio da Língua Inglesa e Espanhola (preferencial).
