**Crossjoin Solutions** is a portuguese IT company founded in 2009, active worldwide in more than 30 clients (Canada, Latin America, UK, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Ireland, France and Germany). Through the service we provide to our customers, we currently support **dozens millions of consumers** in many different countries around the world.

We deliver consulting services covering systems end to end optimization, enterprise testing, troubleshooting major incidents, incident resolution, fullstack architecture advisory, continuous integration, deployment and development acceleration, infrastructure managed services by operating in any sector whose business depends on information systems (banking, insurance, health, automotive, finance, telecommunications, etc).

**Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents;
- Handle late night and weekend emergency support on as required;
- Process issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification;

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar;
- Knowledge in the following technologies: Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Oracle Weblogic, Apache Tomcat, RedHat Linux, ATG eCommerce and NGINX;
- Availability to travel to other locations when required;
- Good level of English (at least C1).

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with databases (Oracle, MySQL or SQL Server), issue tracking (JIRA/ServiceNow), testing (Jenkins, LoadRunner) and monitoring tools;
- Previous experience working in an Operations environment;
- Availability to work in shifts;

**Responsabilidades**:

- Dar prioridade e tratar de pedidos de serviços e incidentes;
- Assegurar a realização de verificações diárias do estado das aplicações, scripts e infra-estruturas pela equipa de apoio;
- Dar de apoio de emergência durante a noite e o fim-de-semana, conforme necessário;
- Processar questões e fornecer informações relevantes para a resolução de problemas ou para esclarecimento;
- Melhorar e documentar os processos técnicos em torno do apoio às aplicações;
- Instalação, configuração, e administração de servidores de aplicações.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Informática ou similar;
- Experiência em funções de suporte aplicacional;
- Conhecimentos nas seguintes tecnologias: Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Oracle Weblogic, Apache Tomcat, RedHat Linux, ATG eCommerce e NGINX;
- Disponibilidade para viajar para outros locais quando necessário;
- Bom nível de inglês (mínimo C1).

**Nice to have**:

- Experiência com bases de dados (Oracle, MySQL ou SQL Server), issue tracking (JIRA/ServiceNow), testes (Jenkins, LoadRunner) e ferramentas de monitorização;
- Experiência com ambientes de Operações;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos.
