Job Details

Role Description
- Oversee the ongoing implementation of people, process and technology transformation
- Promote the development of ambitious, complex, and multifaceted new transformation initiatives, including elements of system re-design, remodelling of services, behaviour change and delivery of savings
- Key responsibilities include:_
- Lead priority transformation projects, utilising project and programme management principles
- Drive change withing Kantar Finance Organisation to deliver identified strategic outcomes
- Oversee all workstreams withing the projects, providing leadership for the projects under the direction of the Sponsors
- Responsible for driving the PMO (Programme Management Office) on projects, project governance, (including stakeholder management, change control, risks and issue management and escalation, monitoring and evaluation, quality assurance, resource management) and ensuring that corporate requirements are met
- Lead on the development and communication of robust project and programme plans and business cases, engaging stakeholder in the process, and managing the gateway approval process
- Manage workstream leads assigned to the projects, providing them with leadership, direction, and oversight, managing interdependencies and resolving conflicts
- Develop project and programme benefits realisation plans, working with the business to identify define, plan and monitor benefits
- Report delivery of the project and programme outcomes to the sponsor and programme board, keeping them informed of progress, and escalating issues as appropriate
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies, whilst laying out their risks, benefits and impacts
- Run workshops, exploring as-is and to-be models
- Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved
- Overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach on behalf of the transformation programme manager
- Role Requirements:_
- Experience of managing projects minimum 3-5 years.
- Experience on end to end programme cycles of large, complex organisation, process and technology change programmes
- Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing large-scale organisational change projects
- Finance background (mandatory)
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills (C- suite preferable)
- Excellent people management and leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrate experience of project management using Agile or Prince 2 project management methodologies across diverse industries as well as familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Commercial mindset and budget management
- Experience of setting up and leading a PMO, preferably using software such as Microsoft Projects
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership
- Proven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross functional projects with the ability to inspire and influence across the organisation
- Fluent English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management
