**Business Analyst Lead**:
**Job Purpose**

To work with the Organization to identify and solve business problems, improve processes, and gain operational effectiveness.

As Business Analyst Lead, will act as the local data expert in alignment with business to support data driven decision making.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive performance management to define and measure key impact metrics to improve business performance. Leverage data and analytics to focus on impactful sales, marketing, and medical activities across omnichannel to improve effectiveness and impact.
- To work with stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements, analyzing data end-to-end models to deliver logical conclusions.
- Develop innovative and efficient solutions that provide insights for operational and strategic changes, coordinating analytics projects and supporting change management.
- Responsible for keeping all knowledge that GSK generates, in a secured and centralized source where the data can be connected to other sources and visualized in Power BI.
- Accountable for the designing and implementation of Segmentation & Targeting and Sales Force Incentive processes (SFI).
- Compliance of Commercial operations related activities and processes in line with Global/Local SOPs and guidance. Create processes and procedures along with access controls to monitor adherence and use of the data within the LOC. Data Stewardship, CRM, and MDM processes. Acting as a SPOC for 3rd party data providers (External sales data, CRM data).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Business, or similar.
- Experience in a business analytic role.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Programming language experience (SQL, R or Phyton).
- Experience in Power BI reports creation-visualization.
- Experience with Azure Data, CRM systems and multichannel tools like Veeva and Reltio.
- Experience operating at all levels of the organization and with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.

**Nice to Have**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience and understanding of the pharmaceuticals commercial environment will be valued.
