As a Senior Financial Controller, you will be a key partner for the business by facilitating effective decision-making through accurate financial information and reports.

In your new role you will:

- **Prepare HC reports **to support Backend activities;
- Execute **regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting **of business relevant financial data of Central Clusters to provide transparent information for management decisions;
- Drive **process efficiency for HC planning and report **;
- Provide **support for Operations Backend strategic activities **(e.g. TCR);
- **Elaborate business cases **and any other requested tasks related to **department development **;
- **Work closely with the Business partners **with regards to **target achievement **as well as identification and controlling of **cost reduction potentials **;
- Keep **direct contact and influence with Business **, acting autonomously as Business partner to the organization;
- **Act and think lean in regards to processes **, coming up with ideas for improvement in the respective area of influence.

In addition to your strong technical knowledge, you are a fast learner, result-oriented and demonstrate high quality standards. With your hands-on attitude, creativity and excellent communication skills, you are able to quickly become acquainted with new topics and build lasting relationships with your counterparts. Your strong problem-solving skills and flexibility enable you to remain focused on solutions and to act cooperatively. Furthermore, your great analytical skills allow you to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized and concise manner.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in **Economics, Business Administration **, **Finance **or equivalent fields;
- **At least 3 years of experience **in **Controlling **, preferably in an international and multi-cultural environment;
- Experience with **reporting tools;**:

- Strong **MS Excel **and analytical skills **- experience with **SAP FI/CO **would be a plus;
- Experienced background in **Accounting **would be an advantage;
- Good **knowledge and understanding of IT tools **;
- **Fluency in English **.
