**Your Main Activities Are**

Drive and be responsible for the Cash Equities onboarding pipeline and process, including client onboarding maintenance and recertification process

Lead prioritization meetings with Business and Client Strategy teams to define prioritization of clients

Identify and communicate strategic initiatives and priority clients to all stakeholders for a smooth onboarding experience

Collaborate with clients and Front Office to gather onboarding information in advance, facilitating timely requests to key stakeholders, such as the provision of limits and commissions templates, connectivity requirements and Post-trade information

Monitor closely the onboarding pipeline through weekly calls with stakeholders

Ensure Cash Equities onboarding tracker information is accurate and produce weekly Onboarding KPIs

Work on process/ tool improvements with other teams, when necessary

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or similar

Between 3 and 5 years of relevant working experience within Onboarding, KYC, Due Dilligence or Operations

Fluent in English

Good knowledge of Office Pack

Knowledge in Financial Markets, Finance and Equity

**About the Team**

BNP Paribas Exane is the Cash Equities division of BNP Paribas (BNPP) Global Markets. Within this division, the Cash Equities Onboarding team plays a key role in facilitating the end-to-end onboarding of Cash Equities clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. To achieve this, they work closely with various stakeholders across BNPP, including the Front Office (FO), Risk, Technology, Operations, and other support teams
