Estamos a recrutar para contratação em regime full-time (a partir de Março/2024):
Operations agent / Guest Relations / agente de operações (M/F)

Principais requisitos:

- Possuir Carta de Condução (obrigatório);
- Flexibilidade e disponibilidade para horários rotativos (manhã/tarde 8am às 17h e/ou tarde/noite 15h às 24h);
- Fluência obrigatória da língua inglesa (oral e escrita) e preferencialmente outra língua (Espanhol, Francês ou outra língua estrangeira);
- Conhecimento e habilidade com planilhas (Excel / Spreadsheets);
- Experiência comprovada com back-office de plataformas de gestão de alojamento, especialmente Airbnb (e/ou outros como Booking, VRBO, etc);
- Diferencial: Experiência com plataformas de PMS / channel manager (citar quais);
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
- Responsabilidade e capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e em equipa;
- Pró-actividade, dinamismo, simpatia, sensibilidade, organização e dedicação;
- Pontualidade e assiduidade;
- Conhecimento da cidade de Faro e Algarve;
- Conhecimentos avançados de informática (Windows, Google Drive, Excel, Word, entre outros);

Outros Requisitos:

- Bom senso de organização;
- Residência nos concelhos de Faro (preferencial), bem como nos concelhos de Loulé, Olhão e São Brás de Alportel;
- Capacidade de gerir e resolver situações de stress com tranquilidade e serenidade;
- Conhecimento em operar com tablet (Android) enquanto ferramenta de trabalho (quando possivelmente fora do escritório);
- Atitude positiva e resiliência;
- Boa capacidade física;
- Boa ética de trabalho;
- Excelente trabalhador(a) de Equipa;
Deverá ter capacidade e qualificações para os seguintes objectivos de trabalho:

- Comunicação com os hóspedes por sistema de mensagens;
- Planificação permanente do plano de operação com listagem de entradas e saídas das unidades de alojamento para os dias seguintes;
- Gerir os processos de recepção de reservas;
- Apoio e assistência durante a estadia dos hóspedes, presencial sempre que justifique;
- Disponibilizar recomendações, locais a visitar, recomendação de actividades/passeios, restaurantes, etc;
- Acompanhamento / resolução dos imprevistos relacionados com as propriedades;
- Elo de ligação interdepartamental;
- Gestão de manutenção dos apartamentos em vários pontos em todo o concelho de Faro e Olhão;
- Trabalho de desenvolvimento em equipa;
- Gestão do trabalho conjunto das equipas de manutenção, limpezas e lavandaria própria;
- Comunicação e inserção de dados para o SEF;
- Inserção e organização de dados de contabilidade interna;
- Facturação de estadias em plataforma online;

- Esta vaga inicia-se como "Guest Relations Jr.", portanto o bruto é o "salário mínimo nacional", mas existem diversos bônus e comissões para incentivação do trabalho realizado.
