Tareas
- Perform general HR administrative tasks
- Be a contact person for the HR community and relevant stakeholders
- Being the first point of contact for employee queries
- Timely execute assigned tasks and issues, according to defined processes (LOP’s), timetables, service levels, corporate guidelines and related collective agreements
- Development of HR Services standard procedures LOP’s and users guides
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Services, systems and respective documentation
- Support and administer digitalization within HR Services
- Support of projects and system implementations, insuring the correct implementation in compliance with corporate guidelines
- Management of external HR brokers and providers

**Requisitos**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related
- At least 2years’ experience in HR to Spanish companies
- knowledge about the Spanish Labor legislation (Social Security, Hiring’s, Terminations, Absences)
- Fluent in Spanish is mandatory and an intermediate level of English
- Office Tools: SAP, Teams, Office 365, SharePoint
