**About the job**
- The role is a full time temporary contract role of 6 months duration. The contract hire will be responsible for the annual and administrative review process of files and portfolio reviews, for transactions that are already on boarded. The files or activities cover borrowers based in EMEA, APAC and Americas regions
- The types of transactions include: bridge facilities, warehouse lines, ABS investments, ABCP funding or liquidity backstop facilities and derivatives (e.g. Balance Guaranteed Swaps). In addition, the contract hire will also participate in the asset review process for leveraged loans

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Annual review of securitization credit files, which can include performance reviews, renewal and extensions
- Ad hoc reviews for amendment and waivers
- Prepare recommendations for credit committee decisions, and manage end to end credit approval process
- Participate, if necessary, in risk due diligence calls with clients and servicers
- Perform the validation of regulatory capital parameters for securitization
- Participate in the asset review process for leveraged loans

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree in Finance / Business Math / Financial Engineering
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent level of English, both oral and written, is mandatory (French is a plus)
- Knowledge in Risk Management is a plus

**About the Team**
- RISK Corporate Securitisation team is responsible for pre-trade analysis and credit approval of non-recourse asset backed financing and associated derivatives transactions originated by the Securitisation business with in BNP Paribas CIB. Its mission, amongst others, is to focus specifically on new complex/structured transaction approvals and reviews (at inception, annually/periodically). The mission also involves contribution to various ad hoc projects, internal and external reporting
