**PRODUCT**
We're the customer experts and advocates. Our teams work on the end-to-end product lifecycle; from understanding the motivations and needs of our customers and partners to designing and testing hypotheses to creating industry-leading experiences for luxury shoppers, sellers, and service providers. We set our Product vision and achieve our strategy in close partnership with teams across the business.
**THE ROLE**
As a Product Manager within the Marketplace Product development area, you will promote product strategy and definition by translating customer needs and goals into business and product requirements. Reporting to the Lead product manager for Discovery & Consideration, your main focus will be evolving Online Merchandising tools used by business teams to curate products efficiently across multiple touchpoints, hence you’ll contribute to solving exciting curation, ranking, and recommendation challenges that will positively affect Farfetch customers globally.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Product manage the Curation Tooling development team: build the roadmap, scope, prioritize and support the delivery of improvements that will bring biggest impact to customers, curators and to the business; participating in all agile ceremonies
- Clearly communicate plans, benefits and results, to a spectrum of audiences
- Guide the rollout of new features, driving adoption by providing relevant training and documentation.
- Collaborate across a range of disciplines to identify synergies and shape the long-term vision for your Product
- Keep up-to-date with new trends in the domain, identifying market opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE- Experienced in product management; you have worked either on a large-scale consumer-facing product or Platform/Back office product; a direct experience of CMS/Curation tooling is a plus-
- Customer Obsessed - experienced identifying and addressing customer problems, with a desire to gain an understanding of the needs and motivations of the luxury fashion customer-
- Technical - You have experience or appetite to learn about working engineers and data scientists on Data/Machine-Learning driven solutions at scale-
- Energetic & Resilient - Able to adapt to a very fast-paced and consistently growing and changing environment;-
