Working in our Health & Benefits business, you will support large and mid-size clients to control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes, and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, legal compliance, and governance strategies.

**The Role**

As a Benefits Analyst, you will be supporting on both a global and local level, working in an intentional team that provides high quality and efficiency benefits and brokerage operations. You will contribute to clients’ benefits strategy by supporting the management of the carrier bid, procurement, and negotiation process, as well as a variety of activities related to the maintenance of the portfolio, premium calculations, and invoice reconciliation. You will have the opportunity to grow and expand your benefits acumen, and financial, client, and project management skills.

In addition, you will:

- Undertake data (financial, membership, invoices) processing and analysis to support program design, using agreed upon tools, standards, and techniques
- Design and distribute bid requests (RFP) to target carriers/vendors
- Prepare placement/renewal deliverables for clients and support the production of benefits plan design and reporting publications
- Manage queries/requests from clients or members and escalate them when required
- Support policy renewal activities
- Collect, validate and clean benefits enrolment, eligibility data, and invoice data
- Setting up client premium invoices
- Support audit processes
- Work with Operations Leadership to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience dealing with health and welfare plans, ideally gained in a benefit consulting/brokerage firm and/or insurance company.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in Italian and English
- Well organized with strong conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
