Product Owner

**Role Purpose**:
As the Product Owner for TOBi for sales/ecommerce, you will manage TOBi Sales Squad, playing a crucial role in fostering customer sales and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for defining the strategic direction, feature development, and overall success of our chatbot product within the sales and ecommerce domain. Reporting to the Tribe Leader and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, sales, and marketing, you will ensure that TOBi effectively drives customer sales, optimizes conversions, and seamlessly integrates with Vodafone Portugal's ecommerce platforms.
**Main Responsabilities**:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for TOBi on the field of customer sales and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse market trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the sales and ecommerce domain.
- Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring they align with the goal of driving customer sales and optimizing conversions.
- Manage the squad composed by a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment to deliver a high-performing chatbot product that consistently meets sales targets.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that motivate customers to make purchases and increase overall sales.
- Continuously monitor and analyse key performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the sales and ecommerce space.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and product documentation that support and drive customer sales.
- Provide product training and support to internal teams, including sales, customer support, and implementation, to ensure successful adoption and utilization of TOBi for sales optimization.
**Ideal Background**:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. High business qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong Professional experience (minimum 5 years’ experience) in the sales or ecommerce domain, with a strong track record of driving customer sales and revenue growth. Preferably with proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role. Knowledge of Telco industry is also valuated.
- In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, online sales processes, and customer journey optimization, with a focus on driving conversions and sales.
- Good understanding of chatbot technology, conversational user interfaces, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging sales data and metrics.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly energetic, with a 'can-do’ attitude and a desire to self-develop.
