**What you will do**:
**How you will make an impact**:

- Raising transaction invoices on a daily basis
- Providing agents with summary statement of each transaction
- Entering payments into back end systems and bank to be paid to agents
- eXp Portugal Audit Support
- Tracking eXp Portugal systems for transactions, financial and back office reporting for Portugal and US
- eXp Portugal Transaction Reporting for Agent Growth Incentive Programs and other adhoc requirements
- Month end reporting
- Coordination with PSO to ensure income tax, VAT compliance
- Assisting with Sales Progression as necessary
- Using Ticketing system to track progress of transactions
- Confirming funds received, and pay agents
- Promoting a culture across eXp Portugal that meets each of our eXp core values
- Supporting Finance Manager in all accounting functions including GL, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue and accounting customer service.
- Ensuring exchange of contracts paperwork is accurate and complete
- Responding quickly to agent questions and provide resolutions for overall positive agent experience

**How you will grab our attention**:
**Education**:

- Completed A-levels
- Ideally AAT qualified

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally in estate agency
- Experience with Google Suite highly recommended
- Experience in working remotely strongly preferred
- This person must have strong verbal and written communication skills, strong teamwork ethic
- Experience working with international companies a plus
