- Higher Education in Information Technology;
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in PHC projects;
- Proven experience in needs assessment;
- Knowledge in Data Bases SQL and xBase;
- Knowledge in.NET and PHP development will be valued;
- Notions of English speaking;
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation;
- Sense of responsibility, dynamism and proactivity;
- Availability to part-time (Monday to Friday).
