As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Senior Producer to join our casual mobile games team in our office in Leamington Spa.
As the Senior Producer you will be responsible for leading collaboration, overseeing delivery plans, and ensuring quality across the production pipeline with excellence.
You'll work closely with game leads, design, and product teams to create and maintain roadmaps for feature and content delivery, crafting immersive gaming experiences for our players together.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ownership of the delivery plan for the game roadmap including communication on challenges or risks that might affect the milestones and quality of the product.
- Cross departmental planning to ensure that all of the support we need to meet the game roadmap is in place.
- Creation of implementation ready user stories in conjunction with the Team Leads to ensure the team has a clear set of objectives on what they need to do within a given sprint.
- Ownership of the workflows we follow to go from an idea to a playable feature within the game.
- Produce regular reports in a concise and clear format.
- Research and keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in order to deliver the most up-to-date solutions.
- Possess a solid understanding of essential KPIs for casual mobile games and adeptly convey and educate the entire team on their significance.
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in casual mobile games, with a minimum of 3 years in producer or similar leadership roles.
- Demonstrates a profound understanding of game development processes, methodologies, and pipelines.
- Exhibits excellent problem-solving, organisational, and project management skills.
- Proficient in utilising tools like Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Looker, and other similar data visualisation platforms.
- Based in our Almada office, following our hybrid model with 3 days per week on-site.
