We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector:
**Nestlé Business Services.**
We are currently looking for an **Executive Secretary **to provide high quality and proactive support to different business units, both on administrative and organizational matters.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support for external visits;
- Invitation letters;
- Management of official mail and its distribution;
- Organize meetings - attendants and rooms;
- Organize travelarrangements and related travel expenses registration and reporting;
- Create, monitorand follow-up of Purchase Orders;
- Monitor expenditures and follow-up the administrative budget.
**What will make you successful**
- University Degree or equivalent (is a plus);
- Fluent in **Portuguese and English**:
- At least 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge in computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point);
- Methodical and well-organized individual, who knows how to work in a proactive and independent manner;
- Motivated, curious and open minded;
- Able to work under time pressure;
- Able to work onconfidential topics.
