**CREATIVE OPERATIONS**

We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold-standard imagery, content, and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

**GUIMARÃES**

Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the 'birthplace of Portugal'. This is where our European Production team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility which has a games room, music area and unbeatable chill out zone with a hammock that fits up to 20 people

**CROPS OPTIMIZATION TEAM**

We’re relationship builders, we’re solution finders and we’re analysts, focused on delivering high-impact initiatives with a service mindset. This is a newly created area responsible for creating and advancing disruptive, value-driven ideas aligned with the goals and objectives of the organization. You will support those ideas with robust business cases that you will build and pitch.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You’ll lead the business ideas funnel: Envision -> Engage -> Develop -> Evaluate -> Pitch. The funnel will be fed by ideas proactively suggested by you, others, or as part of CrOps' overall strategy.
- You’ll facilitate collaboration across the organization to identify business opportunities to explore and build solid business cases to present to a steering committee of senior leaders. You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s business initiatives are aligned with FF goals and priorities.
- Through business analytics, you’ll play a key role in helping us stay competitive by carrying out a detailed analysis of business problems and identifying new chances of leveraging our content and processes to drive growth and profitability.
- When needed, you will support the implementation of projects, liaise with the respective Project Manager, and ensure the adherence of each initiative’s output to the cost-benefit initial estimation of the business case and its main objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business value management and bring innovative ideas and approaches to the role

WHO YOU ARE
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably working in innovation, asset performance management, business design, consulting, or strategy planning functions.
- You have experience in preparing proposals, and participating in pitches and are confident working at senior levels, with excellent engagement, verbal, and written communication skills both in Portuguese and English.
- You have the ability to see the bigger picture and take multiple parameters into account while making decisions.
- Having knowledge of Excel and SQL/BigQuery, will be considered a plus
- You know when to not take NO for an answer, and are curious and eager to influence change.
- You can manage frustration and ambiguity well.
- You have a strong track record of achievements and can provide examples of when you have shown intellectual curiosity, creativity, and proactivity.
