Marketing Specialist

Frulact is an international business group, founded in Oporto, Portugal in 1987. Currently, we are positioned as a top-ranked innovative player in the supply of added-value ingredients for the food and beverage industry, focusing on fruit preparations, plant-based dairy alternatives, liquid flavours, and other specialty ingredients- We are looking for a** Marketing Specialist** for our **Marketing **department in **Maia.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct market research to understand market drivers, consumer trends and identify opportunities for given brands, clients or product categories;
- Engage with Sales and technical teams to develop and deliver compelling customer presentations;
- Design marketing collateral and create content for external communications;
- Manage and execute other marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan;
- Support in the organization of internal and external events, including exhibitions;
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with agencies;
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

**PROFILE**
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Economics, Management);
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role;
- Strong communication and networking skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with an ability to interpret data;
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of French and German would be a plus;
- A creative thinker, self-starter, organised, autonomous and able to juggle multiple priorities;
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with others;
- Passion for the food industry;
- Digital marketing and branding experience is advantageous;
- Additional skills in Canva, AI tools, or similar design tools are good to have.
