**Qualifications and experience**:
1. Have a bachelor's or master's degree with an excellent academic record in a health-related field or management. An advanced postgraduate degree (e.g. Health Services Management, MBA, PhD, etc.) is preferred;
2. Have more than 5 years of experience in consulting roles, ideally in the healthcare area and with responsibilities at the project management level;
3. Have detailed knowledge of the public sector and the private health sector, have been directly involved in the development of proposals for clients, including public procurement processes;
4. Have knowledge of clinical pathways, process analysis and optimization, as well as LEAN approaches, with a view to optimizing patient care. These procedures must have already been applied by the applicant;

**Attributes and skills**:
1. Proven ability to lead projects and motivate the team;
2. Ability to solve problems through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
3. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in Portuguese and English;
4. Excellent ability to use Microsoft Office tools;
5. Availability to travel in the national territory as well as internationally.
