We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager within our Products and Tech organisation.

Your projects will change over time depending on business opportunities and also personal interest. Your first allocation, however, will be within our development squads working on consolidated sports data solutions (feed ingestion, data administration and building web components). Previous experience working with sports data - for instance on the provider side - is not a requisite but is considered highly advantageous.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Guide software development initiatives spanning across multiple squads who design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve our sports betting sites and products
- Scope and plan functional and non-functional requirements, identify risks and dependencies, manage delivery schedules plus communicate clearly with project stakeholders across the company
- Lead teams and project members to both identifying the real underlying problems and how to solve them in the most agile way possible

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage a portfolio of projects, define milestones and success criteria within them
- Translate business requirements into high level epics, allocate tasks within them across one or multiple teams in the most effective way
- Initiate the usage of tools and processes within your squads to improve software engineering productivity and also team spirit
- Review and report on progress of ongoing commitments, plus exercise project control methods proactively when needed
- Build positive and supportive relationships with your teams and project members through effective communication

**APPLICATION DEADLINE**

Expected start date: as soon as possible.
- 3+ years experience in leading software development projects
- Very strong facilitation and communication skills in English, both verbally and written
- Confidence in working alongside technical team members, including engineers, architects and infrastructure teams (though no prior coding skills needed)
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall etc (certifications in this field are nice to have but not required)
- A genuine interest in sports (and possibly some knowledge about sports betting too)
