**Kelly Services,** truth is Finance devision, is currently recruiting a **Senior Manager RtR**, fluent in English and Portuguese, for a client located in Lisbon.
Our client is a global medical products and technologies company focused on therapies for the management of chronic conditions, with leading market positions in advanced wound care, ostomy care, continence, and critical care, and infusion devices.
**Purpose of role**:
Ensure the delivery of all accounting and reporting processes in scope as well as interfacing with key stakeholders across the entire organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all accounting and reporting processes in scope are delivered in line with defined timelines and according to quality standards;
- Ensure proper planning and execution of the key milestones in the group reporting process by GBS teams, working closely with key stakeholders in the organization (mainly Consolidation, External reporting, Treasury team, local markets, managing risks and escalations accordingly;
- Facilitate proper planning and monitoring of the key milestones in the statutory and tax processes (incl. audit), working closely with key stakeholders in the organization and external providers, helping managing risks and escalations accordingly;
- Work together with key Business Unit stakeholders to ensure proper actuals reporting, understand business context of the numbers, and build the business acumen within GBS teams;
- Drive key RtR improvement initiatives in cooperation with RtR Tower Lead and RtR Global Process Owner, proactively identify any areas of improvement to help maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes;
- Fully responsible for operational management and development of a team of approx. 20+ individuals;
- Perform analysis based on KPIs to identify continuous improvement opportunities and how to add value to the business;
- Drive the resolution of more complex queries and/or escalations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 8 experience in people and stakeholder management;
- Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting;
- Experience in working with IFRS and local standards;
- Knowledge of Technology: MS Office, SAP, HFM;
- Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to inspire and influence others;
- Mature attitude towards challenges and problem solving;
- Advanced analytical skills
- Taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, including self-study/research needed to execute them;
- Being able to work to tight deadlines and with changing priorities;
