The role
This role is for an IT Business Analyst who has specific experience of Microsoft Dynamics CE and is able to look at the business from the perspective of the customer.
- Past experience on Dynamics 365 CE (2+ years)

Role and responsibilities
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, enforce and redefine as necessary. Support the project team and actively participate during the implementation of the project.
- Ensure external providers / development partners clearly understand what needs to be implemented.
- Creating a detailed business analysis specification, outlining any challenges and opportunities for the business.
- Populate the Knowledge Base when new products are implemented or existing products are amended.
- Understanding of Software Development, System design, Digital, Web, Mobile, UX standards, solutioning and specification.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Qualifications /Skills /Experience
- University degree (technical or business related).
- 5yrs+ years Business Analyst experience; Consulting experience is highly appreciated.
- Demonstrate Business Analyst training and certifications.
- Excellent English listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively simplify and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment (albeit often a distributed virtual team).
- Experience of working in a global and multi-cultural environment and have appetite for fast-paced organizations with global delivery / reach.
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial ‘tech-start-up’ team culture.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions.
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports.
- Ability to demonstrate taking initiative and ownership to see items through to completion.
- Experience working with Executive and C-Level Management.t
- Dynamic working approach, ‘agile’ rapid delivery approach to planning projects, and the ability to think innovatively to solve problems.
- Good business judgment, a comfortable, open communication style, and a willingness and ability to work with customers and teams.
