This role is not your typical customer service position; it's a sales role that requires prior sales experience and expertise in cold calling. As a B2B Outbound Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell products and solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries.
Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Outbound Sales Agent will be:
- Present our products and solutions, demonstrating their value to businesses, and tailoring your approach to address specific client needs.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and engage potential customers interested in evaluating our offerings.
- Lead and manage outbound campaigns from concept to initial pitch, pipeline qualification, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the team on projects to enhance and streamline our sales process.
- Develop and document best practices and sales workflows for interacting with prospects.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Reach out to existing customers to introduce new products or encourage increased spending on current ones.
- Handle minor technical setup issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams.
**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Proven experience in cold calling and sales.
- Previous experience in product/service sales, both inbound and outbound.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Native level in Dutch and at least a B2 level of English
- Eligibility to work in Portugal
- Available to start on the 24th of January

What’s in it for you?
- Contract Type: Permanent contract (CDI) with a 3-month trial period
- Base Salary gross: €16.800 yearly gross (14 payments a year)
- Sales Bonus gross: €500 per 12 months
- Complexity Bonus gross: €80 per 12 months
- Meal Allowance (net): €7.23 per day
- Transportation Allowance: €20 per month
- Health Insurance: Provided since day 1 (free after 6 months)
- Relocation Package: Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months (Reimbursement of airfare up to €400 economy class)
- Housing: Apartment Room (private room, shared apartment) with rent of €280 for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip)
- Fulltime, office-based job from Monday - Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM
