REAL ASSETS EXECUTION ANALYST TRAINEE (JOB NUMBER: 2304GBK14671)

**About the job**
- The Real Assets Execution Analyst Trainee plays an important role in the organization by assisting transversally across the different Real Assets business lines, among other things, the initiation and follow-up of Know Your Customer requests in coordination with Relationship Managers. Ultimately, they help making sure that regulatory requirements are met and that client onboarding as well as deal execution is done on time

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Support the Credit Portfolio Management teams within Real Assets on administrative and operational aspects related to the deal-life-cycle of the transactions:

- Submission into the Real Assets credit workflow system
- Initiation and follow-up of Know Your Customer requests and client on-boarding
- Controls performed on internal systems reflecting the main features of the transactions
- Contribute to transversal tasks upon request:

- Review of transaction data inputs into for accuracy
- Consistency review of data inputs and output
- Management of client data base (on and off boarding of clients)

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Law / Management / Economics
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in MS Office Pack Exel
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to collaborate / teamwork
- Organisational skills
- Critical thinking
- Analytical Ability
