We’re looking for a
**ServiceNow manager** to join our highly committed and dynamic international Global Business IT team. The Business IT team is responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure as well as developing and administering internal systems.

You will be responsible for the ServiceNow architecture and drive the implementation/integration of the ServiceNow product with other systems.

In your role, you’ll closely collaborate with key Corporate and Business functions with OLX to deliver best-in-class solutions.

**What you will be doing**:

- Translate business requirements in ServiceNow solution design
- Communicate to the stakeholders, understand the business context, and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation
- Ensure that best practices of implementation are followed by system administrators and developers
- Provide insight and expertise into the ServiceNow platform capabilities and vendor product roadmap
- Develop a ServiceNow strategy accompanied by relevant KPIs
- Manage the stories related to ongoing projects and the backlog prioritisation with the team.
- Maintain the roadmap and backlog of our systems together with the Product Owners. Maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors
- Led the team that develops our ServiceNow platform
- Be customer-centric and organise customer feedback.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Highly analytical, self-motivated, and you’ll bring loads of curiosity and a hunger to learn
- You have skills and experience in leading ServiceNow development teams
- Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in medium to large complex environments
- Experience developing integration with SaaS solutions, with specific Cloud implementation
- Experience working with ServiceNow in large, tiered environments (Dev, QA, Prod)
- Understanding the optimization of ServiceNow licensing
- Good understanding of the Application Development Lifecycle
- Fundamental understanding of ITSM, HRSD, IRM, or CMDB
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Result-driven, proactive, and determined.
