OPERATIONS INTERNAL CONTROLLER (JOB NUMBER: OIC_BNPP)

**About the job**
- The Operations Internal Controller is responsible to contribute to the department’s Risk Awareness, they assess and manage accounting breaks within the department and represent the department within the framework of ORC, Finance and Control teams

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Analyse and control data and inform operational teams about unjustified accountings
- Provide official documentation to Control Teams (Level 2, ORC and Finance)
- Report and analyze anomalies, discrepancies or breaks according to the department's procedures in place
- Implement a strong control framework or any additional controls requested by the management
- Manage Incidents & Preventive measures
- Follow-up Procedures
- Coordinate and follow-up SLAs
- Follow-up Audit (Internal / External)
- Act as a Business continuity correspondent, responsible to validate all the documentation linked to BCP exercise
- Analyse the operational risk indicators and contribute to improve them

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- High School or Bachelo'r in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Mathematics and Statistics
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations
- Advanced (B1-B2) English level required
- Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Organisational skills
- Ability to share/pass on knowledge
- Analytical Ability
- Knowledge in Financial Markets - Transversal Financial Markets
- Proficiency in office pack (Excel, PPT and Word)
