**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **Junior Business Excellence** professional. As a **Junior Business Excellence**, you will be responsible for tracking, maintaining, and updating leads, creating and following individual sales cycles, and contacting prospects to qualify leads. Your primary objectives will include lead generation, lead tracking, and supporting the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the field of business excellence and contribute to the growth of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research, create, and maintain a lead generation database to support the sales team.
- Track, maintain, and update leads in the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Create and follow individual sales cycles to effectively manage leads and opportunities.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads and gather essential information for the sales team.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential customer needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and timely handover of qualified leads to your direct manager and CEO.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company and its services to effectively support the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant experience in the field.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track and maintain multiple leads simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead tracking tools.
- Familiarity with professional social networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Prior experience in sales or lead generation is a plus.
- Fluent in English (other language is a plus)
