**Job Summary**

You will report into the Group Treasury Manager, in this role you will be responsible for supporting the running of the daily operations of a centralised Treasury function of a large, international organisation.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- All aspects of banking documentation such as signatory changes, KYC and bank account maintenance, guarantees and Direct debits setups. Ensure all documentation is turned around in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintenance of the treasury cost centre including raising POs and monthly accruals and monitoring performance vs budget
- Regular review of bank statement and update of bank accounts in the treasury management system (TMS)
- Consolidation of forecast daily cash movements in preparation for the daily liquidity process
- Performing end of day (EOD) checks such as payment confirmation messages and EOD cash
- Monitoring and payment of withholding tax payments, where necessary
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Month end FX reporting from TMS in order to help the Group Finance team calculate monthly FX
- Maintenance of external bank valuations on the Group’s derivative instruments
- Ad-hoc month end review tasks
- Quarterly review of bank statements vs cash balances in Group consolidation system
- Support the treasury team with its wider strategic objectives

**Travel Requirements**

Position may involve travel up to 25% of the time, mostly within Europe but overseas travel is expected. Most trips will include overnight travel.

**Language skills required**
- Good written and spoken English is essential

**About You**
- Highly numerate and analytical with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience working with banking documentation is highly desirable
- Holding a financial degree or an accounting / treasury qualification
- Experience in a multinational, preferably in a Treasury function is desirable but not necessary
- The ability to pick up new tasks quickly and execute
- Understanding of treasury markets & products - including transactional banking, management of cash & liquidity, FX and bank guarantees is desirable
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships through a variety of mediums
- Highly numerate and analytical with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously and take initiative; and
- Strong IT literacy
