We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership Manager to lead our collaboration strategy in Italy. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive growth and enhance our presence in the Italian market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Development**: Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities aligned with the company's objectives in Italy.
- **Negotiation and Partnership Establishment**:Lead negotiations with potential partners, craft robust agreements, and establish mutually beneficial relationships.
- **Partner Relationship Management**: Ensure ongoing management of relationships with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction and the achievement of common goals.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market analyses to understand trends and opportunities that may impact partnership dynamics.
- **Internal Collaboration**:Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of partnership efforts with the overall company strategy.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- University degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop partnership strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good understanding of basic marketing principles, especially in the Italian context.
