**Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:

- Let new things come into being: You are responsible for function and software development for hardware-related software for control units with a focus on boot control;
- **Shaping the future**: You will enable the commissioning of the most modern microcontrollers and microprocessors in the automotive industry. In doing so, you will develop and code according to the latest development methodologies in continuous integration and continuous testing, among others. You strive Your development from studies to series project;
- **Holistic implementation**: You are responsible for the entire implementation of your software components according to AUTOSAR methodology: this includes requirements analysis, concept development, specification, design in UML, coding with C and Java as well as validation according to the valid development processes;
- **Living cooperation**: You will supervise customer projects and contribute to cross-departmental coordination and alignment, so You create platform functionality for our company. You'll have fun in our international teams.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- Completed studies in electrical engineering, technical computer science or comparable;
- Ideally experience in software development for embedded systems in the automotive sector;
- Hardware-related C programming skills are required, assembler and Java experience desirable;
- Knowledge of the functionalities of microcontrollers and processors incl. peripheral units, control units, circuit technology;
- Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and goal orientation, quick grasp of complex processes and interrelationships, communication skills and persuasive power;
- Team-oriented interdisciplinary way to work, analytical and methodical approaches. You must be sociable and understand other cultures so that You are able to work with other teams worldwide;
- Ideally, you have experience in the area of AUTOSAR basic software/tool and/or ASW as well as AUTOSAR tools;
- You independently align your work with customer needs and use freedom to improve the quality and efficiency of your work;
- You are confident in dealing with internal customers, external service providers and virtual international teams;
- Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
