The Bosch unit in Braga belongs to the Automotive Electronics division and is focused on making the vehicles our third living space. The company supplies infotainment, display, connectivity and HMI solutions for passenger cars, trucks and two-wheelers. **Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:

- Participate in the supplier logistic strategy definition for mechanical / electrical parts and identify lean solutions that support our way towards process excellence and innovation;
- Lead a team responsible for supplier logistics order management and raw material stock control & optimization - mechanical / electrical parts;
- Assure high service level to all stakeholder by minimizing production losses, special transports;
- Contribute to the optimization of engineering change requests with business units, suppliers and purchasing;
- Suggest and implement initiatives to keep your best-in-class team highly qualified and motivated (e. g. Competence Management, Inspiring Working Conditions).

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- ** Enthusiasm**: Enthusiastic for logistics and all the supply chain, we desire someone that has fun to collaborate with internal customers and international teams; like to identify and solve tricky problems. Enjoy the team together at office as well with home office;
- ** Leadership**: You have proven leadership record with high acceptance at different levels with ability to give/receive feedback and inspire trust and aptitude to plan team capacity balancing cost and service level;
- ** Know How**: We want someone with knowledge about procurement processes, negotiation in difficult situations and able to manage stressful work environment. Ability to execute logistic Projects/initiatives is a must, get buy-in from management and willing to go the extra-mile to drive them effectively through the company;
- ** Personality**: We are looking for someone with a strong teamwork ability and communication skills, with passion for people and continuous improvement;
- ** Experience**: We are looking for someone with a minimum 3 years of experience in industrial operations, preferably in a multinational;
- ** Working**: good skills to understand complex technical tasks and being result-orientated and Self-organized, you have an analytical mindset and resilience to use the results to further improve processes;
- ** Languages**: Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory (spoken and written).
