We are more than 900 Frulacteans, bringing know-how to our clients from our sites in Europe (Portugal, France, Germany and Switzerland), North America (Canada) and Africa (Morocco and South Africa). Frulact’s headquarters are based in Maia, and the group is participated by Ardian, a world leading private investment company.

We are looking for a HR Analytics Specialist for our Human Resources Department in Maia.
- Support on HR analytics to translate data to contribute to decision making processes
- Support the Frulact Group employee expenses, being a key team player, in the annual Budget process, monthly Reporting and ForecastActive search on trends and benchmarks related with People Analytics and Employee´s experience
- Contribute to the team´s success, by challenging our thinking and bringing fresh and pragmatics ideas
- Management, business or similar
- 1 year of experience as Data analyst, preferably in an HR environment
- IT skills, namely SAP (desirable but not mandatory)
- English (essential) and French as a plus
- Proficiency in excel
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work well with employees in a highly multi-cultural environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding the importance of dealing with sensitive data
- Creative problem solving
- Deep analytical capabilities
