**About the job role**:
As a **French Speaking Advisor for a Financial Application, **you will provide excellent customer experience on behalf of our Client. Your main mission will be to help our clients achieve their savings goals. And present them, whenever requested, with new potential and alternative contracts within the energy sector to achieve the savings target.

**As a French Speaking Advisor for a Financial Application, you will**:

- Assist clients via inbound calls and/or outbound calls by answering inquiries regarding their saving-goals objectives.
- Present and promote new alternatives contracts by using upselling skills that suits the best interests of the client.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.

**We are looking for**:

- Native or Proficient in**French (C2)**:

- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Previous experience as a **sales representative**or in **commercial/upselling activities** is a plus
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
