We are looking for a **Performance Marketing Executive** to join our performance team in Lisbon, Portugal and help us optimize our website and online presence. You will be part of the performance team, your main responsibilities are running day-to-day paid search ads, google display, Meta ads and on page or technical SEO tasks.

**What you will do**
- Responsible for executing the Day to Day SEM & SEO strategy;
- Setup, implement, track and optimize Google Display and Meta campaigns;
- Analyzing results and providing recommendations to improve search performance;
- Hitting Key targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
- Weekly/monthly reporting to key stakeholders;
- Make Keyword and content research;
- Ad copywriting and testing;
- Periodically Technical Audits;
- Link Building;
- Competition Analysis;
- CRO A/B testing.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of proven experience in similar role;
- Excellent understanding of Search environment & algorithms way of working;
- Experience with Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Optimizely etc;
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;
- High attention to detail;
- Team Player;
- Valid Google Search ads Search, Display ads Certification via Google’s Skillshop;
- Willing of keep updated of the continuous changes of the search environment;
- Fluent in English and preferably additional languages relevant to the regions covered;
- Confident with a positive proactive can do attitude initiative way of working and ability to cope. with competing demands and prioritize tasks accordingly.
