**Job Purpose**:
**The GDPR Support Specialist and Contract manager will work closely with Data protection Officer (DPO), legal counsel and internal teams to support GDPR-compliant processes and procedures for data handling, providing legal support and guidance on contractual matters.**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide guidance and support on GDPR compliance as it relates to clinical trial data, including personal data processing, data transfer agreements and privacy impact assessments.
- Identify legal risks associated with contractual agreements.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all data protection activities in accordance with GDPR and other relevant legislation.
- Provide legal support to internal teams.

**Your profile**:
**Education**:Bachelor´s degree in law.

**Experience**:Minimum 3-5 years of experience with GDPR and contract management, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

**Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies**:

- Certification in GDPR, Data Protection or Privacy Law.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and privacy regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing contracts and maintaining organized records of contract documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborative.
- Proactive.
- Organized.

**Work Location**:

- 2 days a week in our brand new Porto Office
- You must have the permanent right to work in Portugal to be considered for this position
