Norfin is a leading Real Estate Investment Manager founded in 1999 and with over €1.5bn of assets under management in funds, SICAFIs or SPVs, with a high diversity of profiles and strategies across all real estate and real estate connected sectors for a wide range of institutional investors. In 2018, Norfin was acquired by Arrow Global, a pan-European alternative asset manager focusing on credit and real estate, with over €5.3bn of funds under management. Arrow Global was incorporated in 2005 and has recently been acquired by TDR Capital, a European private equity firm.

Due to the company’s continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Analyst

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Receiving and monitoring complaints identified by Customers.
- Reporting complaints to third parties (contractor, supervision, condominium, legal,

etc.)
- Monitoring the complaint resolution phase with the various external entities and the

Customer.
- Critical and objective analysis of complaints received.
- Analysis of all necessary documentation for the project, namely construction

contracts, inspection report, technical documents, projects, condominium

regulations, etc.

Role Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Management, Economy, similar (preferable, but

not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (in particular Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to coordinate multiple external stakeholders.
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture.
- Analytical skills.
- Verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Written and oral skills in English
